Once a tap dancer always a tap dancer

While I was in Michigan with my Sister we were blessed to spend a day with our Grandma, what a fun and lovely lady she is. I love listening to her stories (even the ones that have a little embellishment added). At one point she got talking about her tap dancing days. As she was talking about some of the dances she did I noticed her feet moving in the steps to the dance. I asked her to show us some of her fancy foot work and she was more than happy to oblige. In this video you will see her do some steps (while sitting) to a dance she remembers after all these years. This woman amazes and inspires me!!
I love you Grandma
I'm sorry I'll try to get this video on it seems I don't know what I'm doing.

I think the picture looks like Anne. I haven't seen her in years but this is how I remember her.

What a great story.

I tried to put a video on once and it didn't work. Someone told me it is way easier to upload it to youtube then use the youtube link in your blog.

Here's a little tip that works for me but every camera is different. I don't use picassa for the videos just download the videos under photo's and then click on video above the comment section and wait forever :) and then they are up. Hope it helps! It was a cute story though! I just love grandmas!

Please tell me that is a real picture of your Grandma. She looks so much like you!! I love this story! I could see my grandma sitting there telling me stories and her legs moving along with the story too. Thanks Laura for making me think of my Grandma!! I loved that lady!!

I wonder if our Grandmas realize how much we love their stories? Great post!
